Hows this cycle look?

im 6' 1" 225 and have to much fat on my gut. I want to lose the gut and gain some nice muscle. I know this is not really a good cut cycle but Im going to eat totally clean this time and think that will help alot. Im also going to do cardio 2x week.
 
I would up the EQ to 600mg week. I guess 8 weeks is OK, but 10 is what i prefer. Good luck and keep us posted.
 
I just may do that. eq to 600.
this is my 2nd cycle and I had a very bad experience with deca dick on my first one thats why im taking proviron and trying eq. Thanks
 
You can add a low dose of test to keep the dick working. All you need is 200mg/week. Either way its looks good a I wish you luck.
 
i did the same cycle...exactly....run the eq 2 weeks longer than the test....it'll help harden you up....i gained some good size and leaned out at the same time....looks solid other than that

Roger that will do. Thanks. I guess I was just a little afraid of dbol but what is one more week? heh. So cycle now looks like this:

Russian Dbol 1-5 @ 30mg ed
EQ 600mg wk 1-10
Test Cyp 500mg wk 1-8
Armidex .25 ed 1-12
proviron 25mg ed 1-12

keep it simple bro. i like your what u had in mind in the first place or as golfer suggested, u could bump up the eq to 600mg a week but since this is your second cycle, u don't have to. 10 weeks for the test and eq is fine and if u wanted, u could add an extra week for the d-bol as well. all in all looks good bro keep us posted.
 
If your problem is your gut, hold off on the sauce. The D-bol will blow you up like a balloon, especialy if your already fat. Do some heavy cardio for 4 -6 weeks, lower your bodyfat first then jump on a cycle. Do cardio 4 times a week and eat clean. When you jump on a cycle, especially a mass gainer, it'll be hard to eat clean to get the calories you need to see results. Then use some clen when coming off. Do not exceed 8 week cycles unless doing a cutting cycle. 500mg test, 400mg E.Q and 30mg d-bol is perfect for a second cycle. Only use d-bol for 4 weeks. Try to get your bodyweight down to 215lbs and close to 14% bf.

Very good point, and also I wouldn't bother with the proviron. You have liquidex (arimidex) and that is good enough for that cycle you are about to run. Keep us posted and train hard, eat big to get big!

im not starting my cycle untill april 1 so i have plenty of time to attack this gut before I start. I just cut out all the junk food ive been eating and will start cardio here soon as my new treadmill arrives. I think my body is pretty much ripped exept my gut im not sure what my body fat % is but i need to find out. I had a six pack in high school and want to get it back. I want to be jacked by the end of july for jamboree in the hills. :) 215 @ 14% is what i want before i start and 230-235 @ 15% is my goal by the end of cycle.
