How's this 4 a cutting cycle???

1-12>Sust 325 - Just a 1cc a week to keep the wood good! Shouls i run more?
1-12>Primo 100 - 500mg a week
6-12>Winstrol 50 - 50mg ED Have some glucosamin for my joints
1-6>Anavar - 40-50mg ED... Should i run this threw my whole 12 weeks? Or wait till the last 6 weeks?
1-12> Arimidex 10mg - Thinking just .5 mg ED through the whole cycle
And T3. When/How should i run the T3 in this cycle? Should i run it at the start of the cycle? or the end? should i taper it?
My diet and cardio are on point! I am no newbie to this stuff... I've always done bulking cycles. So this will be my first cutting cycle.
Stats> 5 11'' 190lbs
I have all the PCT stuff as well.

Please let me know what you think about this cycle for cutting and if i should make any changes. It would be much appreciated!
 
Looks pretty good, I would keep the test as is. Oral winny? I personally wouldn't take it that long but I know a lot of guys do.
Some guys don't like to run T3 very long, but I would run it the whole cycle as I never have any issues coming off the stuff. You need to make that determination yourself. Just be sure to taper off the stuff when you come of it. I personally never needed to go up to 100mcg's and stayed at the 50-75mcg level myself. What kind of diet are you running? If you need a thermo look into Adderllin and/or forged fat burner.
 
Iwouldn't up the test either. In my cycles the test is there to keep the wood good as u say nothing more. To my mind the sides (gyno and whatnot) makes test something to be kept as low as possible. This makes primo the perfect base rather than test.

I disagree about the winny/var regimen tho. For one thing 12 weeks is a long time to run orals. I think u'd be ok with something as mild on the liver as var tho. But the main issue is that both winny and var has the capacity to play havoc with ur joints. With me it's actually worse with var than winny. I would limit their use to: 1-4 and 8-12. This way ur joints get 4 weeks of rest in between.

I'd taper up the T3 to 75-100 mcg ed from week 6 and taper down in week 12.

I would run the var 8wks min,75mg/ED
I would def add EQ in 12wks min/400mgs/EW
T3 in the beg.

Not sure about the sust,maybe some prop,obviously not for 12 wks though,tren would be very nice also for 6 wks??
 
My current bf is around 10-15%

Diet
Meal 1
2 egg whites
1 serving of oatmeal with whey protein and blueberries
1/2 cup skim milk

Meal 2
3 hard boiled eggs
1 serving broccoli

Meal 3
3 1/2 ounces chicken breast
1 cup mixed veg
1 large apple

Meal 4 (Post Workout)
1 banana
1 1/2 serving of whey protein

Meal 5
3 1/2 ounces salmon
strawberries

Meal 6
cottage cheese with blueberries

Snacks for when i feel hungry
Can of tuna with wheat thins
protein bar
---------------------------------------------------------
The winstrol is injectable not oral. Even though i might squirt some down the throat cause of the ED injections. Im only running the winny week 7-12. Not the whole 12 weeks.

With the Var. Im thinking week 1-4 and start back at week 9-12... What do you guys think about this???

Ok so with the T3... Start taking at the beginning of my cycle tapering up to 75-100 mcg ED then taper down towards the end??? Should i run it through the whole cycle with no off time???

I chose not to include tren in with this cycle because tren screws your cardio all up... And i need my cardio!
 
Leave winny out, fucks with your lipids, Trust me just got blood work done all out of whack
 
This is the same cycle my buddy did for a show!
I dont think his body recovered fully to this day about 8 months later if I remember correctly

you do not need all this to cut for the summer bro!
 
Ok. So Y'all have pretty much convinced me to not use the winny in this cycle. I'll just use it in another cycle or get rid of it.

Heres what im thinking now>

1-12 Sust> 500mg a week
1-12 Tren A> 100-150 EOD... Will this be ok to run for 12 weeks???
6-12 Var> 30mg ED. Would it be better to run at the beginning of the cycle???
1-12 Arimidex> Thinking just .5 threw the whole cycle to avoid water retention
1-12 T3> Tapering up to 75-100mcg ED then start tapering down at week 6???

Do i need to tweak anything in this???(Add or take away)
 
This is just my diet as of right now. Im still trimming down with this diet and some sust.
my diet plans for this cycle> 2000 calories or less but these calories are really low carbs and fat and i going to try and eat between 180 and 250 grams of protein.
Stats>5 11'' 185lbs 13% BF

I know it's not perfect. Any advice?

Me personally I wouldnt do T3 if I were you but that's just me.
As far as the gear is concerned keep it simple
Test/tren/var that will get you cut up nicely

Start with test/tren and finish with test/var
 
I dont do tren more than 6 weeks maybe 8 if im chasing a goal or something.

So it will go something like this:
Week 1-6 tren ace 100mg EOD (you can go 8 weeks if you want)
Week 1-8 Test prop 100mg EOD
week 3-8 Var whatever dosage works for you like 30-40mg ED
As a base I use
week 1-10 test Cyp 200mg a week
Im sure not everybody runs the same stuff dosages, lengths etc I've done similar cycle with great results though
 
Good luck and yeap tell us how you did!
Make sure diet and exercise is in order and even though tren allows you to function in a caloric deficit do not go too crazy lowering calories. Keep it over 2000cal per day and do some cardio you will loose plenty of fat.

Make adjustments to the carbs if you need to but keep protein high however, I dont think you really need to drop the carbs too low...maybe at night for your last meal or after 7PM cut them out. Tren will make you sweat like a pig!..lol
Dont overdue it just pace yourself with everything and make minor adjustments as need it!
