Wed: Tri's / Bi's
4 excersises each, 3 sets of 8-10 reps
20 min cardio
Thurs: Back / Shoulders
3 excersises each, 4 sets of 8-10 reps
20 min cardio
Fri: Chest / Bi's / Tri's
2 excersises each, 3 sets of 10 reps
20 min cardio
Weekend off unless cardio or make up day.
