hows my off season diet?

I have gained 16lb in the last 3 weeks sticking to this diet. Spoke to Craig Richardson and he gave me his word on this. Up to 231 at 5`8 now but feel really bloated:

Meal 1 - 16 egg whites, 4 yolks, 2 cups oatmeal
Meal 2 - 400g steak, 100g rice, two bananas
Meal 3 - Same
Meal 4 - 100g whey, 400g cottage cheese, two potatoes
Meal 5 - Same as 4
Meal 6 - PWO: 100g Whey, 150g glucose, 20g glutamine,
Meal 7 - Same as Meal 2 and 3
Meal 8 - 20 egg whites, 3 yolks

Bed

Works out at 6800 calories, 550g protein.

Your "offseason" diet looks like it will make you fat. I'd like to know what season, if any this is good for? This is a bs diet if I ever seen one.
 
your going to have to raise your own chickens thats 252 eggs a week haha good luck with that. i dont like the diet at all but to each his own...
 
It is pretty much pointless to consume that many eggs in one sitting. Your body can only absorb so much protein. The rest is going to turn into fat. Same with the steak etc.

I can easily eat 10 eggs in a sitting and still be hungry after though...

Anyone notice that he said after 3 weeks of this diet, he is feeling bloated. Wonder why??? Just because a pro says that is what works for them, doesn't mean it will work for you. Plus some guys give out bad advice because they fear that others may catch up to them.

Too true - I get laugh when I see pro's diets in shit-can mags like M&F. If I'd ate what Cutler ate I'd be shitting out whole chickens - and I'd be bloated like a Somali genocide victim floating in the river. :evil:

thats for sure, your body can only consume so much protein at a time. the rest is a waste. All your going to do is shit it out. And by eating 16 eggs at a single time, you must smell like ass constantly. Eggs make your stomach turn to shit, when you eat too much. You got to be a single guy cause no girl is going to want to smell your ass.

But any ways, if you think that works go for it, its your money and time your wasting.

What about chicken? Most bb's I know would definetly have chicken in their diet. Got a buddy down in Corpis Christy that eats 2 lbs. of chicken a day. He said some days he has blend it up and drink it just to be able to get it down.
 
I never thought I would say this, that's too much protein. When you are eating huge amounts of carbs your body can use the protein you are eating more efficiently for growth. The only time you should jack your protein up near that high is in the absence of carbs or reduced carbs. Eating 100g's of whey and 400g's of cottage cheese in the same meal? That's totally overkill.
