Howard Stern vs. FCC

Did the FCC go too far with Howrd Stern or were they justified? Aren't there other radio shows and TV talk shows who do exactly the same thing? How do you think Howards move to Sirius will effect radio? I'm a huge fan and I bought stocks in Sirius as well as a subscription.

i dont know...but everyone i know is buying up that stock. personally, Howard Stern is a dick- IMO....why he would be ABLE to drive a stock is a mystery to me...

yeah its cool...he used to have something to say...i listened to his show at one time...i learned of 9/11 while listening to his show that day...IMO- all he does now is talk T&A and PUSSY...whatever. not any reflection or flame to you bro...just my .02 on him.

I like Stern. He reminds me of my friends I don't see any more.
The FCC went too far. Oprah has violated more things then he has yet she faces no discipline. Its stupid!

I think once Stern moves to Sirius, he will reinvent himself. There are probably tons of skits that he has thought of that he hasn't been able to play. Everyone can pretty much agree that the old stern bits were the best which was before the time that the FCC really started cracking down on him so logic would most likely be that he will become just as funny as he once was. Of course, this could be totally wrong and he doesn't do anything but the same stuff he does now but I doubt it
