if the kids 16 and he isnt already a wonderkid at football and i mean a wonderkid like everyone knows him you dont know how good hell be. If you dont know how good hell be and if he really will be good enough in a few years to go to college doing this cuz he cnat afford it or wont be playing pro at 18 then why take the risk of damaging his growth plates and endocrine system. Although aas wont do those things to every youth i guess theres always exceptions why risk it if he doesnt have to live off it. if he were 18 and you knew you had to some how go to college or make a living off it thats different circumstance that would also be an athelete that defintly allready ahs been doing at least 3 good years of traing at that level and is done growing in height.

Bad idea on the 3 week blitz, you'll be opening pandora's box, especially for a sixteen year old. I have a freind who started at fifteen and used test most of the year for football no less. He's a stocky mofo but you can really see how it shut his growth plates down, he looks like he should have about five more inches. Ask your brother if he would rather be short for life, or have a couple of extra pounds that will be very easy to lose. Props on talking to him seriously about the subject. Either giving him the blind go ahead or spewing some propaganda shit will only cause a sixteen year old to do what he wants and f**k the consequences. After all he doesn't have to wait till he's old and grey...

There seems to be some sort of ethical issue as far as if he decides to do it should you help. All ill sya to this is that the reality is all teens with the computer knowledge of today can get anything on the net they shoudltn be underestimated. Dont think hes to stupid to get it so if hes gonna do it and you know hell get it i guess it might be a little better if you gave some guidance. Of course i dont recomend you doing legwork for him at least he may stumble over alot of valuble info before he can actually buy anything here.
