Getting sick of my old split, how's this one. Just started a cycle of var tryna turn 14% body fat to under 10% with minimal muscle gain
Day 1: chest tris shoulders
Day 2 legs + cardio
Day 3 Back bis Traps
Day 4 Rest light cardio abs
Repeat
Do I need to throw in another rest day.??? Am I missing/neglecting anything?? Thanks in advance. I just feel better with this split cause I'm working each muscle more frequently.
