How would you fix the wwe?

The wwe right now is dieing in ratings is on a downward spiral. How would you fix it?

Me personally i'd fix it like this

First off get rid of shows wwe velocity,and heat there only one hour and are really meaningless they should be dark shows.

Next cut back on PPV events like in half. There's one just about every month and too much of a good thing kills it they should make it one every 3 months to build up some suspense and excitment. They should keep royal rumble,wrestlemania,survivor series, noway out thats it theres no need for backlash and the other's its just excess.

Next get rid of a few wrestlers like tajiri,funaki,jeff hardy,rodney mack,theodore,jamie noble, a-train and a few other nothing wreslters these guys have bad mic skills and dont even have good bodies to compensate.

next shelf hogan, not kick him off but put him in a role similar to what ric flair has make him a mentor to someone or a group manager or something just not as a main wrestler anymore.

Next bring back alliances/groups , remember the four horsemen , d-x ,even the nwo bring those back.

Next bring back wrestlers with costumes and wrestler names . Remeber when wrestlers had outfits and names that fit there character like the honky tonk man ,sargent slaughter, etc


also Bring back bret hart and the macho man, also feature batista more hes a massive guy

have it on saturday morning like it used to be... have the popular wrestler battle a no name guy like it used to be and only have good matchups during PPV. 3 PPVs at the most... royal rumble, wrestlemania and survivor series. They seriously gotta bring back to old school. It really sucks now.

Make the matches real! No more fake sledgehammer shots from HHH! Ratings would go way up! Otherwise WWE is history due to financial and ratings troubles!

HA I remember watching it when I was a kid when the stars would beat up ont he jobbers and there was no star VS star matchups until the main event or PPV or whatever. But it was kinda stupid because you knew who was going to win ever match of course. There was no storyline for the most part.

Batista needs alot of in ring work he is very sloppy... HHH needs to get rid of Flair for starters... I agree too many PPV... Also the reason that Wrestling sucks bottom line no Competition for the bussiness so they have no excitement in there job hence why Stone Cold left. When you have nothing to go up againts there is no reason to put in 100%...OH yeah HHH needs to scrap the purple pants... There cruiser weights our real good and the best wrestling i've seen in a long time... Vince needs a Challenge

Yep. Back then title reigns were counted in years... now they last anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks.

here's my take, obviously I have a lot of time on my hands:

wwe needs competition. wcw pushed wwe to make a better product. this probably won't happen now, but really wwf was really fucking good 3-5 years ago.

make heels win clean every now and then

less ppv's (already said). seriously, people can just watch RAW to find out what happened on a PPV. nothing gets resloved, and the fans get ripped.

have announcers and backstage guys get beat up more often.

less in ring interviews and more backstage interviews that lead to people getting beat up.

there also needs to be more upsets. just like in real sports, sometimes the big underdog wins.

bring back, barry horowitz, iron mike sharpe, el dandy, silver king, barry dorso, etc, so they can get the crap beat out of them. badly.

push guys that work hard, like booker t.

less t&a. don't get me wrong, I like boobs and ass, but if a person relies on wrestling to get his rocks off then that's a God damn shame.

find a way to make ric flair 30 years old again.
