how would you cycle OX and Dbol ?

Would you take Dbol at the begining or at the end of OX cycle?
for example Var will be for 9 weeks and dbol for 4 weeks 30 mg of var ed and 20 mg of dbol ed
 
I wouldn't use them together, that's too much in my opinion.

I would do:

25-30mg of dbol for 4-6 weeks

Followed by var for 6 weeks 30-40mg, the last two weeks tapering off gradually, and then hit clomid.
 
I thought with Dbol you would have to hit clomid ASAP or you would lose all your gains is Var enough to keep the gains from dbol ? what abou my balls? I always see peopel saying VAr don't supress much but Dbol does

Is this your first time with dbol? Do yourself a favor and get yourself some arimidex.

5 weeks of dbol with arimidex, followed by 5 weeks of var, tapering down the doses the last couple of weeks (this works well with orals) is your best bet.
 
You cant hit clomid till the end so if you do like BigAndy says you have to wait till the end of the cylce.

Anavar may be enough to keep strength up from Dbol, but "gains" from D-bol are mostly water, what you keep from D-bol is what you put on from your quality diet (5 to 10 pounds)

I would run it like this:
D-bol 30mg's weeks 1-3
d-bol 15mg's week 4
anavar 20mg's week 4
d-bol 10mg's week 5
anavar 30mg's week 5
anavar 40 mg's week 6 thru 12

Clen week 6-8
eca week 9-10
Clen week 11-12

week 6 thru 12 I would take ZMA every night (for your nat test recovery)

ZMA is Zinc, Magnesium and vitamin b-6. Used as a vitamin supplement in addition to your multi. (twin lab ZMA) You take it before bed on an empty stomach. It may help bring your nads back after d-bol and during var (anavar supposingly does not affect nat test). Also will help get sound sleep. and definetly cant hurt anything.

A double-blind, randomized study was conducted to determine the effect of a novel zinc and magnesium formulation (ZMA) on anabolic hormone levels and strength in athletes. Members of the University football team (n=27) had blood collected at the beginning and end of an 8 week period of intensive training. Subjects were supplemented with ZMA (n=12) or placebo (n=15) for the 8 weeks. The ZMA group took 3 capsules nightly that contained a total of 30 mg of ZN as monomethionine/aspartate, 450 mg of Mg as aspartate and 10.5 mg of vitamin B-6. The plasma Zn and Mg levels increased in the ZMA group by 29.1% (.804 to 1.038 mcg/ml) and 6.2% (19.43 to 20.63 mcg/ml), respectively, while levels decreased in the placebo group by 4.4% (.836 to .799 mcg/ml) and 9.2% (19.68 to 18.04 mcg/ml), respectively. The total and free testosterone levels in serum increased in the ZMA group by 32.4% (567.9 to 752.7 ng/dl) and 33.5% (132.1 to 176.3 pg/mL), respectively, in contrast to the placebo group which decreased by 10.5% (588.8 to 526.8 ng/dL) and 10.2% (141.0 to 126.6 pg/mL), respectively. The serum, IGF-1 levels increased in the ZMA group by 3.6% (424.2 to 439.3 ng/mL) and decreased in the placebo group by 21.5% (437.3 to 343.3 g/mL). All comparisons were statistically significant
