How would this work?

For a first cycle....looking to make just some modest gains, keeping them and hardening up. Currently 5'8" 155lbs around 12-15%bf and 42 years old.

Sus week 1-8 at 300mg per week.
VAR week 4-11 at 40mg ED
Clomid 3 days after last VAR day
300mg day 1, 100mg day 2-4, 50mg day 5-14
Also will be using ALA and milkthisle from the start.
 
Looks good but I would bump the test up to at least 500 a week. At 300 you are barely scratching the surface.
 
Thanks for the positive responses so far guys.. Tried to plan the first one pretty straight and simple to see how I respond to AS.

I should also add that I will be doing the recommended 15-30 grams of creatine a day with the VAR and keeping my protein intake between 200-300g a day. Eating clean is not to much of a problem for me most of the time. Just hard to keep away from my homebrew.:D

My training days are ...Mon. chest,shoulders,tri's...Wed. back, bi's...Fri. legs...Sat. starts the cycle over again. Tues and Thurs are cardio and AB days. Sunday rest.
