how to work out

how do you all work out do you do bench x(sets) then inclined x(sets) and Declined x(sets) or bench inclined decline bench inclined etc?? also when training two body parts at one time is it best to do one body part and then the other ?? or chest then tris chest than tris ??
 
Re-read what I've already posted. I said "about" 20 sets total for the workout. Major bodypart 12, minor 8. I can't make it any clearer then that.
You don't need to hit your chest from every possible angle.
You don't need to use every machine in the gym.
They are there so you can vary your workouts.
Get a book on weight training. Then read it.
 
and do that once a week per body part right?? aren't you supposed to do reg. inc then declined to work all areas??so one part doesn't look okward and lag behind??

It really doesnt' work that way. Get some solid training experience, build a foundation, then you can start to worry about symmetry.

I'll leave you with another old bbing saying ... You have to build a wall before you paint it.
 
And its intensity that builds muscle not the number of reps!!!!!
Stick with the basics for a month or more then change your routine.
