how to use ampules

Can anyone help me or point me in the right direction on how to use 1ml ampules please?
I have 250mg / 1ml ampules of Test E.

You can use an amp opener or just snap the head off and draw out the oil.

ditto,be sure to score the neck of the bottle with a knife,grab two washclothes to preventing getting cut when snapping. I perfer an amp opener $3

What do you mean? It's an amp opener. It's made to open amps.

Or you can just score the top with a razor blaze and pop it off that way.
