How to use accutane for acne?

I have tried many things for my acne, which is bad all the time, and even worse, I would say terrible when I am doing AAS. So now the accutane sounds like a good idea. Do you know if it will surely help, and how much should I be taking it?

Accutane is a very rough drug with lots of serious side effects. It will make you feel like shit, and the worst part is that it does not guarantee that you won't have acne again – I've known people who used it, and yet got a recurring acne. First try out all the options there are to deal with acne, and then consider accutane as a final resort only. These are the things you can do to deal with it – I have tried them all, and they work:
1. Sun tanning is a very effective means of reducing acne and drying out the skin.

2. Use anti-acne lotions at least once per day. Go to your doctor and ask him to prescribe you a topical acne cream. It'll work better then anything available over the counter and your insurance will cover it.

3. Make sure you are showering 3 times per day: upon waking, after workouts and before bed.

4. Zinc containing creams are very effective and available over the counter. Apply them to your trouble areas.

5. Black ointment is extremely effective. It stinks pretty badly, but I am pretty sure you can deal with it for a couple of hours in order to get rid of acne.

6. Shaving foam is very effective in drying out the skin, and it is very easy to get in any shop. Apply it on the troubled area for 15-20 minutes, and wash it off.

i have never had an issue with acne.. i know it is a big deal and some people are ashamed to even leave their house. you want to try and deal with acne naturally before resorting to harsh drugs like accutane.. use it as a last resort

lev has good suggestions above.. for me salt water, drying and tanning works

Accutane works - there is absolutely no denying that. However, it is one of the worst compounds you can possibly take in terms of side effects. It is extremely liver toxic and carries a way more liver hepatoxic nature then any oral steroid.

Here are some tips for removing acne:

6. Baking soda is one of the best natural exfoliants you can use. Gently rub baking soda on your trouble areas when showering to remove layers of dead skin and help remove the acne.

Muskate really is the expert on this topic and has given a great response. Acne is a tough one and is mainly a genetic thing. Accutane sucks but if it is your last resort then it will work.
