How to take ? Sust.250 and Nolvadex ? Please Help !

I should receive my 12 amps. of Sustenon 250 and Nolvadex (20mg 60 tabs) really soon. Can someone please give their suggestions on administering this ? I will be injecting into my butt.

Once a week for twelve weeks. is this your first cycle? If so thats not bad I do 500mg per week stacked with d-bol first 4 weeks, deca @ 200 per week and frina @ 75mg ed for the last 6 weeks but I just finished my third cycle. I started out @ 250mg per week and had good gains on my first cycle. Good luck

I would take two shots a week that would be 500mg/wk, but the first time I did an 8 wk cycle with sust 250/wk with real good results though. did you get any clomid for your pct or you're just gonna use the nolva?

Bro, your 28 years old and you weigh 132lbs? Don't you think it's time to add some fucking mass??? Come on! Your not getting any younger you know. Add some mass before you kick yourself in the ass!!! You need more Test and add something else like Deca or EQ. You need to up the dose. Take HCG during the cycle. Take preventing drugs for your liver, kidneys etc etc. Nolva is good to use at 10-20mg's per day. Follow up a good PCT after the cycle. At your height and age...I would say that you ned to be at least 150-160lbs! AT LEAST!!!! Or you can be like Lee Priest. This guy is like what? 5' 4" and weighs a good 240lbs!

Weeks 1 - 2 use 2 amps per week, the following 8 weeks use one amp per week.

Three weeks after your last injection start the Nolvadex at 20mgs per day for 4 weeks.

And eat eat eat.

You need Arimidex to use during your cycle. You will need HCG coupled with Nolvadex for PCT.

Simple, effective first cycle (eight weeks)
Weeks one thru eight: 250mg Sust, IM, once weekly. 1-1.5mg Arimidex daily.
Recovery
Weeks nine thru 11: 1,000U HCG, IM, Monday, Wed., Fri.; 20mg Nolvadex daily.
Weeks 12 thru 14: 20mg Nolvadex daily.
Weeks 15, 16: Clean. Use this time to evalaute your AAS cycle and recovery. Plan next cycle.

Assumptions: Your baseline Testos level are in the middle or high end. Your CBC, comprehensive metabolic/liver/kidneypanel and lipid panel are normal.

If you do not keep your estrogen levels low, you will suffer sides and have a tough time recovering. This is why I stress using an aromatase inhibitor like Arimidex DURING this cycle. Second, once this cycle is completed, it can be repeated indefinitely--again assuming normal blood test results. You can even attempt to increase your weekly AAS intake to see how you body adjusts. First, get through your first cycle and learn from the experience.
