how to take clen??

i have been on eca for a long time and want to add my clen pump to the cutting phase of my cycle.im curreently taking 50 mg winny ed, 100 mg fina eod how much of the pump to use each time(1 full pump/1/2 pump im not sure. and when in the day should i take this. thanks for any replys.

first of all fina needs to be taken ed. never heard of a clen pump...what is it?
