I've been goin to the gym for abotu 5 months on and off
Height:5'9"
Weight: 165
BF%: approx 18
Diet: Don't really got a diet jsut starett workign out consistantly onyl for the past 2 weeks.
Goals: By June 2007 be bulky but nto too much more leaner and cut.
Proposed cycle: take deibul(not sure of spelling) told that i shoudl start off using this to see how my bodyu reacts and then start with deca.

Don't waste money on juice, spend money on some steak and milk every week.

Learn how to train and eat right and you'll see steriod like gains being a newbie in general to the lifestyle.

Not bieng a dick!! but if you cant spell it than you definatley should not take it.. my theory is if you were doing research on any of this than you would have seen the correct spellin a million times by now and at your age., go to the diet forum get a good bulking diet then print out your mom a big grocery list and send her to the store. take some aminos and maybe some creatine and eat like crazy and you will be amazed at the gains you get. being 17 you have as much testoserone (a steroid) in your system as a 35 year old man tking 300-400mg per week so in essence you are kind of already on steroids
