how to spread winny thru day ?

I am taking 100mg of winny daily and would like to know the best way to spread this amount throughout the day. Is 50/50 alright or should I break it into smaller amounts ? I know stanozolol drops its level pretty fast, so what do you guys think ?

This is a 60 day cycle and I am also taking 250mg of durateston/wk.
