I usually take my dosage of clen at 10am when I wake up. I'm not sure if I just have a very very low tolerance to it but I could even feelit when I was at 40mcg's. But at 60mcg's I couldn't sleep last night until 4am. Anything out there that I could use to help me fall asleep other than actual OTC sleep aids?
On the last 2 weeks of T3, 3IU GH/day, 50mg Winstrol/day. 4th day up to 80mcg's of clen and not using any other cns stimulants just vits and mins...

and I still have trouble sleeping even around nine and ten o'clock. Melatonin is a godsend. It's all natural, there's a glansd in your brain that produces it but as you get older it's properties slowly reverse. Start around 3mg and you can work your way up to 10 if you need to, I never have to go past 6mg though.
