How to SLEEEP while on clen

I usually take my dosage of clen at 10am when I wake up. I'm not sure if I just have a very very low tolerance to it but I could even feelit when I was at 40mcg's. But at 60mcg's I couldn't sleep last night until 4am. Anything out there that I could use to help me fall asleep other than actual OTC sleep aids?

On the last 2 weeks of T3, 3IU GH/day, 50mg Winstrol/day. 4th day up to 80mcg's of clen and not using any other cns stimulants just vits and mins...
 
hmmm....and you take it at 10am? tabs or liquid version? im on liquiclen right now..at 120mcgs i take it around now (10:30am) but when 10pm comes im tired..maybe you should take it earlier? Did you have the same problem without the clen in your cycle?
 
using the syrup.. 25mcg per ml. Nope never had sleeping problems b4 the clen.. i'll try out the vilarian root, i'm guessin you can find this at any nutrion store?

Take clen as early as you can in the morning....10:30 is damn close to afternoon...(I also hate you for getting up this late) !!
I take mine at 7:00 am and if needed Melotonin at night.
Have you tried warm milk? This always makes me sleepy.
 
i have been taking 200 mcg's a day and i take the last one at roughly 3 pm.... it is not as easy to get to sleep when i lay down at night but if i can't sleep i take a sleeping pill....
 
I get up ay 6, go for a 30mile bike ride, get home, take clen at about 9, go to the office, come 10pm I am snoring.
 
clen makes me sleepy on it's own for some reason. The other night i couldn't go to sleep and took 40mcg's and went to sleep. go figure i guess. The most i've taken is 180mcg's and it didn't do anything. no cramps/sweating/heart racing.
 
I'm up around 5 every morning for cardio :chomp: and I still have trouble sleeping even around nine and ten o'clock. Melatonin is a godsend. It's all natural, there's a glansd in your brain that produces it but as you get older it's properties slowly reverse. Start around 3mg and you can work your way up to 10 if you need to, I never have to go past 6mg though.

same here. clen isn't speed. it is actually supposed to make you tired because it supresses insulin which means less nutrient transport which means less energy.

tell you the truth it might be pschological because i can sleep like a baby with it and i take it before i go to sleep!

yea you really have a low tolerance for it, which is good cuz you wont go through it fast :)
To help sleep melatonin or velarian root helps
 
Most of the guys I know smoke weed to fall asleep to counter sleeplessness from ephedrine or clen. I know a lot of bb's that view recreational drug use as being bad news, or at the very least, cutting into their AS $$$-but smoking weed seems to help them sleep. Of course, you could always try nubain, but that's not a road I'd recommend taking for obvious reasons. Just keep in mind that the less you sleep, the more calories you'll burn. When training for a show I rarely sleep more than 6hrs a night. It's not by choice, but it's about all I can manage on low carbs/clen etc. By the time the show is over, my adrenal glands are shot and I'm so exhausted from dieting, I'll sleep almost non stop for like a week afterwards.

Are you taking AG Guys stuff?

I've been noticing this too. Feel sleepier and thought I was a freak.

I took 160mcg yesterday morning and ended up sleeping in all day... called in to work.

does this mean it works as well for me at 75mcg's, as it would for someone that were having to take 200mcg's to feel the shakes? I mean do the side effects directly relate to how well it's working?

I'm gonna try the velarian root, and if that doesn't help then melatonin. Thanks for the advice
 
clen knocks me out. I think Macro once told me in a response that it could be do to overstimulation. Almost as if your body was running a marathon all day and that can make anyone pass out.
 
I've had the same problem. I'd take it at 11:00 AM (when I would get up, lol) and I'd still be up at 3:00 AM.



Took me about a week to get adjusted and fall asleep at a normal time.
 
I've got the same problem and I take it at 6 in the morning..... I guess you just gotta deal with it or use a sleep aid.
