Ok this has happend a few times, when someone doesnt see me for a while and then they see me in the gym, this is what they say and it's always the exact same thing " you're so huge, are you on steroids or something"? and it's not like they wisper either. How do I respond to something like that? Something quick and witty maybe. Should I just yell out "cellTech bitch, cellTech"!

Actually it's the girls that say it, guys are smarter than that and dont even mention the word.

I use to have people say that to me, but they ate like shit which made it easier. So when they would say that infront of a lot of people I would come back in a smart ass voice "it's called food you should try it sometime it's amazing what it could do to you." lol.. They would look like idiots in front of people lol...

99.9% of the time people who ask you, (im talking about men) are asking cuz they have no clue about nutrition, training, and resting etc. All you gotta say is that you have been lifting for years and it doesn't happen overnight..which is true either way.
