How to prevent WATER RETENTION during cycle?

British Bulldog

New member
I have been using Nolvadex-D at 20mg ED during this cycle to prevent water retention. I have never suffered from gyno so nolva is just there to act against water retention.

I was wondering if there is another way to stop water retention. Also will it be ok if I drop the nolva dosages from 20mg ED to 20mg EOD.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Dandelion root, is supposed to be the herbal alternative. The difference it made with me was minimal though. Drink loads of coffee, caffine's a good duiretic.:D

*Liquidex/anastrozole will keep all estrogen related edema in check.

*Watch Carbohydrate intake,as high carbs will lead to fluid retention.

*Glycerol will help,as it draws fluids out of the sub-q into the vascular network.

*Keep an eye on sodium/pottassium intake,as both are potent regulators of fluid retention.

*Regular H2o intake like stated above,is a good idea,as it help keep the system flushed.

I forgot to mention that one...definately watch sodium. I didn't know about pottassium...but if Huck says so, you gotta believe it

Thanks Guys for your help. I have just one more question -

Is Armidex/Liquidex legal to purchase - Ive tried searching it in my Bible but its not listed. If it is then where can I get some. Also what is it used for normally.

I believe it is unscheduled so it is legal to import a 90 supply. Shoot me an e-mail...

Good post! It's nice to see someone recommending something other than drugs for control of water. I remember when arimidex first came on the scene and I said, AHA! Finally I can control that babyface! Surprise, surprise, even at 1mg a day, I was still bloated. I then loooked at other things and low and behold, after eliminating tuna fish(loaded with sodium) and some of the carbohydrates, I can now do fairly intense cycles and not even bother with anti-e's without bloating. Kudos
