How to post Pics

All right Im a complete dumb ass, but I need info on how to downsize pics from my computer to post up. I got progress pics out da ass, but everytime I try to post them it tells me their to big. How do I make um smaller?

Lots of different programs -- there is often a freebie copy of Photoshop Elements included when you buy a camera. Dozens of different programs available free or cheaply on the Web... The Gimp is freeware; Paint Shop Pro is relatively cheap and simple to use. I used to use a freebie called "LView" myself; there is now an "Lview Pro" but I have no idea if the free version's still around. Irfanview is freeware and well known (having a little trouble getting to their main site but you can still get a download through Tucows).

Google will get you info on pretty much anything and everything broheim
