How to modify cycle to cut (fatloss) at end?

Hey Guys,

Currently on week 2 of bulking cycle:

Weeks 1-10 400mg Enanthate
Weeks 1-4 20mg Dbol/day

4500 Cals/Day

Any ideas what the best method of fatloss at end of cycle is?

1) Weeks 7-10 Drop Cals and add Winstrol Daily?
2) Finish cycle and then drop fat afterwards with no AAS?
3) Other Ideas??

Thanks...

i would not drop the cals during your cycle, you need to keep feeding them to retain your gains. i would just keep my diet very clean post cycle but keep the protein and cals up. after a month or so i would adjust my training to incorporate some cardio maybe a little eca and take the winny next cycle.

Aren't gains on AAS determined by Caloric intake? (and training of course :)).

In other words, you could eat 4000 cals/day and gain mass on a cycle, or you could eat 2500 cals/day and lose fat/maintain muscle, right?

So is it not possible then to combine the two into one cycle?
i.e. 5 weeks bulk, 5 weeks cut

Or is it best to keep a cycle consistent (bulk OR cut throughout)

Opinions?

Keep it consistent. Either bulk or cut, can't really do both. You'll lose some water after your cycle is over, but not much fat.

You can't bulk much just on 5 weeks. If you dropped your calories at the end of the cycle you'll take the chance of losing the little bit of hard earned muscle that you put on the previous 5 weeks.

Basically like everyone else said. The only way to gain muscle is to increase your caloric intake above what your expending, and the only way to lose fat is to decrease your caloric intake.

However, at the end of your cycle, you'll have a hard enough time retaining your gains without cutting out those calories. Just keep your diet clean and drink lots of water to aid your body in getting rid of excess foods.
