how to keep from losing gains during pct

Hi guys, this are my stats
1.83m, 27 years old , bf 9% after cycle
so I did 12 weeks of test Test E 500mg with tren 300 mg a week from week 6 to 12, gains were good, can't complaint but being on my third week of pct
I already lost 4 pounds and I see myself with less muscularity and energy and strength have decreased too, is that normal? I'm taking proviron and clomid for pct , so I would like to know what the problem is, thank you.
 
You were on a good amount of test and tren, don't expect to keep any of the musculature or endurance/recovery from it.

Your best option is to run a good PCT and eat a surplus of calories.

The worst thing most noobs do in their PCT is eat at or below caloric maintenance. I'd argue good nutrition/food is more important than the PCT protocol you use.
 
Not keeping the majority of the gains you made on your steroid cycle is usually the result of:
1. Not running a proper PCT after your steroid cycle.
2. Not training and eating with the same intensity after the cycle as you did on cycle.


What put the muscle on the first place is what will keep it there after your PCT - HARD training and a high protein diet.
