How to increae my 315x4 bench

Marginal increases on 10x3 are really good too.

I have a full micro plate set and going up 2.5lbs a week on 10x3 is really easy.

There is something to be said about building up at a pace your body can tolerate. No one gains 5lbs a week forever.
 
Not everyone's strength and weight to rep ratio follows the same curve, but if you were doing 10x3 I would probably start at 295. That's 20lbs less, but you're doing 30 reps with it. Add 5lbs a week and in 4 weeks I'd say there's a good chance you could be repping 315x10x3 which would definitely raise your max reps on 315 over 4 easily. 4 reps 1 to a couple times in a workout vs 30 total reps.
