How to get started

I am new to the whole workout thing. I got my hands on a bottle of testabol propinate. 200mg/ml. I am certain it's from a ugl. Although it says bd. it came from a very very reliable source. Bottom line is I want to gain weight and muscle. ( of course). I have no clue what to stack with but want to know. I already injected 1 ml as that's what I plan on doing eod. Any suggestions please
 
You have never worked out before??? You need to start hitting the gym first and gain muscle naturally first..lay off the roids for awhile...

Age? Stats?
 
I have a trainer who is a long time family friend. I am 41 years old and been hitting it hard for 6 months. There is no doubt I am doing it. I am a teachable guy and take suggestion well. Also been eating 4 meals a day and trying to get my fill of protein. Just need a simple layout.

4 meals a day ? you are not even following the most basic principle of gaining size - FEEDING the body 6-7 meals a day.

6 months of training and starting to use juice says one thing thing and one thing only...MAGIC PILLS AND INJECTIONS WILL MAKE ME GROW BIG IN NO-TIME .

And here's the bad news...it wont happen.
pinning some gear with zero knowledge is what alot of young kids do ...you need to drop the " i'm doing it " approach and start from scratch.

A solid meal plan is step 1.

YEARS of hard training.
proper supplementation....whey,multivits,efa's,bcaa's...etc

Do a lot of research on AAS

then consider a cycle.

what is your height,weight and bodyfat% right now ???

you have NO BUSINESS WHATSOEVER running any sort of cycle... it is absolutely ridiculous that you are even talking about it... 6 months of training is FAR from putting you within any sort of reason for taking steroids... you have a lot of natural growth to put on... you are going to end up learning the hard way if you continue this man... be smart...
 
Understand the comments. I do. I am 41 years old. 6 ft 1 inch 160 lbs. I been around the whole scene for over 20 years and have seen the worst and the best. I have been a world class cyclist since the age of 16 so I know about training and dedication and doing it from scratch. I really find these forums useful and I am sure most people here didn't go about everything in a perfect textbook style. I have rsearched different approaches for years just never had the time to commit. These aren't topics I would choose to discuss anywhere else but here and that's my choice. In most cases I have been anti doping. But now I feel I am gonna give a shot. Under supervision of my dr. Whom I always share everything. He is against it in everyway. But he knows me and would rather I be truthful with him. Here is the dilemma. I want to know a good stack and first cycle based on what I can get my hands on. Last summer I was at 205 lbs and due to stress and bullshit lost it. Most of it was body fat anyway. I eat 4 meals a day now with 2 whey protein shakes in between and as many bars and healthy snacks that I can get down. Enough with the reasons why I shouldn't as I can list 1000 reasons why no one should. The more threads I read the more I get confused. So yes there is info out there and I am grateful for this. But I got what I got and heard its a good base with other products. If I was a young kid I would think twice but I am not. Just want propped guidance. I believe this is the place to get it if someone is willing. Thanks for all concerns and any help will be greatly appreciated.
 
Nothing to do with your age bro at 6'1 160lbs you are waaaay too small to be even considering aas, you need to get you diet in check and gain atleast 20lbs natural. You need to build your base man

So would you say just eat and add weight gain and supplements then try the other route? This is what I need to know. And I agree 20lbs would be ideal as a start. But I am having a very difficult time. Almost impossible.

You need to first clearly define your goals, then and only then can anyone give you any advice on anything.

That aside, your 41 years old, dont expect to go from 160 to 200lbs overnight(even with gear) without a lot of hard work, proper diet and training.
 
6 months you can't say "almost impossible"

6'1 + 160 = you need to fix your diet....simple

^^^ exactly right. Takes time even with a solid diet some times you Plato a bit but keep at it change ur routines n diet n you will grow. Goodluck
