How To Get In Ketosis In 3 Hours With Humalog

HOW TO GET IN KETOSIS IN 3 HOURS WITH HUMALOG

Injecting 15iu and consuming only protein will get me in ketosis? (i never go hypo even doing 20iu on protein only never made me hypo).

I always get blood sugar low to 50mg/dl but still no ketones are ever detected in urine.

maybe some ALA? after slin is out of blood stream

its all about blood sugar isnt it? if blood sugar is very low , ketosis is gonna be forced in. 50mg/dl ? but even when i reach that most of the time never detects ketones... 50mg/dl means nothing sometimes

Don't be an idiot and kill yourself. So maybe you don't go into ketosis real fast. Just stay low carbs for a few days and use r-ala with the few carbs that you do eat.

Urine Ketone levels are NOT a correct measurement of a Ketogenic phase. There are two states the body usually hits: Ketonurea and Ketoanemia, Ketones in the urine and Ketones in the blood, respectively.

Ketoanemia comes first; meaning that you will have ketones in the blood but not necessarily in the Urine. Unless you have a Blood-ketone meter, you will never truly know when you hit Ketosis.

Although I think you can use R-ala to get back into Ketosis – visit the AF Store. If you do use insulin, use conservative approaches of about 2IUs every 2hrs and measure your blood sugar every 30 minutes to make sure you’re not going Hypo. I would not recommend going under 60mg/dl in blood sugar levels. Don’t kill yourself over a diet, please be careful – in fact, just do the R-ala much easier.
