HANSEL New member Aug 17, 2002 #3 Sashami Grade Fish, Smoked Salmon, ahi tuna (leave inside Pink like a steak), walnuts, peanuts, Nat PB, GAME MEAT is High in Omega 3's, Omega3 Eggs, etc, etc. Farm raised Catfish is as well I think?
