here's the deal...my last cycle i blew out my back doing squats and now i cant do squats anymore because it kills my back. i am going to cycle weeks 1-5 30mg dbol ed 400mg test enan ew, weeks 6-10 400mg test enan ew 50mg winny eod in about 6 weeks and i was wondering if there are some exersizes i can do to put some mass on my legs without having to use a shit load of weight and straining my back( i can probably get away with 185lbs on squat right now without killing my back)... any tips will be appreciated
