how TO get BIGGER leggs???

here's the deal...my last cycle i blew out my back doing squats and now i cant do squats anymore because it kills my back. i am going to cycle weeks 1-5 30mg dbol ed 400mg test enan ew, weeks 6-10 400mg test enan ew 50mg winny eod in about 6 weeks and i was wondering if there are some exersizes i can do to put some mass on my legs without having to use a shit load of weight and straining my back( i can probably get away with 185lbs on squat right now without killing my back)... any tips will be appreciated

Blew it out? Really? Saw a doc? Surgery? Broke something?
What are you doing for rehab for your lower back?
What about prehab?
Have you been doing heavy ab work?
Heavy Good Mornings?
Reverse Hypers?

You are going to invest time, money, and health into a cycle...but not the time to fix yourself so that you can squat?

Just my thoughts...but if you are only squatting 185...you probably don't need the dbol, test, or the winny.

I'm the wrong person to be telling that you can't squat for this or that reason....COMPLETELY the wrong person.

What exactly does "blew out my back " mean bro. I mean, did you pull a muscle, pinch a nevre, herniate a disk--what?

Either way, Im assuming you can't go heavy on anything. Just go light on the same lifts you were doing before the injury. I love Sissy Squats for quads, if your gym has a Sissy Platform. Leg Press you will have to watch too, since if you go too heavy, and too deep, you can fuck your back up again just as, or even more easily than from squatting. What were you doing for Legs(quads) prior to the injury, if I may ask?
 
I messed up my back a long time ago and couldn't squat w/o pain for years. I got good results with the 45 degree leg press & hack squats. To keep the weights down use continuous tension...don't lock your knees out at the top of each rep and don't pause.
 
"Blew my back out" doesn't tell us much. Most injuries can actually be resolved fairly quickly through bodywork. Some take more time, but there are very, very few that you just have to "live with."

The fact that you're ignoring the problem and just going to juice more tells me that you will have more injuries coming soon, due to your irresponsibility.

when i blew my back out i did 405 3x8...went to the chiropractor and found out that i have a 6th lower lumbar vertabret. the problem is that you are only suppose to have 5... and the further you go down your vertebret the smaller the exit hole gets for your nerves. and since i have a 6th one it is extremely small and my vertebret shifted and if i put too much weight on it, it applies pressure on my nerves....
so yes, i have invested time and money into fixing my back.. but the only thing that would completely fix my back in to cut a piece of my spine off.... i guess i should have included that in the origional post to avoid the burning....

i'm assuming it was the squats that did it...the day that it started killing me i also did 4x10 16 plates on leg press and 3x10 hack squat with 6 plates....

i think i know what sissy squats are ... could you tell what it is exactly thouhg.

now knowing whats wrong with your back, I would go with dial tones advice
 
havent really done much legs since i messed my back up... lately i have been trying to do a lot of abs and some light lower back workouts to help strengthin my lower back...
i made this post hoping to get some advice on some new workouts...should i do lunges, sissysquats,legpress,hack (hack kinda hurts my back too)???

You could try lunging around with dumbells. I seem to get very little strain on my back this way, and it burns the shit out of all the muscles in my legs. You could also try some glute-ham raises and sissy squats to isolate a little more. Good luck.

thanks brett..... i guess i will just have to stick to the isolation excersizes for legs...

tell me about it bodybuildinguniverse, it makes me sick too, i love doing squats...but cant anymore.
