How to get big without excess fat?

Currently on 1 g test with great gains.

Have found that in order to make further gains one has to eat big. Despite Im on a low fat diet, a slight belly begins to develop.

How can I overcome this big dilemma: get big or get fat?
* Can I take a week off the weights and do only cardio when on a bulking cycle?
* Will thyroid or clen help.?
* Any other suggestions?
 
I would imagine some of this is water weight; are you taking something for bloat? Are you doing any cardio at all after lifting?
 
you want fats ( good efa) even higher on cycle, if tryin to muscle, you may be eating a lot of refined carbs.. white flour products? stay away from those since we know they spike insulin faster than lower gi carbs.
 
The answer is this, you can't rush size, period. You can only put on so much muscle so fast. If you truly want to get BIG in a hurry you are gonna have to put on a considerable amount of bodyfat. Obviously, this varies with the individual depending on genetics, drugs, training, diet, etc. You basically have to decide what you want, big, strong, and sloppy or tighter, more muscular, and not as strong.

YEAP thats the truth you need fat to put on size. I have notice I dont know the correlation between having higher levels of fat and strength. Usually when I have high body fat and weight alot my strength is up the roof but when I cut down and have lower body fat and nice beach look on me my strength deeps down dramatically. Example I was benching 405x2 I was around 254bs with about 18% body fat. Now I'm 239 about 15-14% doing 365x3 struggling I look better but still you miss the big time power. So it comes down to you have to pick your poison and also opportunity cost you have to give up something to get something in return in your case either pudgy look or tight lean look

use some arimidex for water retenetion bloat. be sure the majority of your carbs are good clean carbs, not junk food. you could use a small dose, 25mcg of T3 to boost metabolism.

I've never understood bulking with T3, why not just manipulate your dietary intake to get the desired results. Messing with your thyroid when bulking doesn't make much sense to me. I may just be an idiot though.

The thinking is that it increases protein turnover. So theoretically you can breakdown and repair protein at a greater rate than normal and will put on even more lean mass, provided you increase calories accordingly.

Now, using clen or T3 while bulking to minimize fat gain seems pointless to me when you can just cut back your caloric intake.

Right. It's also essential when running GH during a bulking cycle.

Umm, are you shure your not thinking of clen instead?

Glucorell- Moderates BG and Insulin (lipogenic)
Sesamax-reduces body ability to store fats, increases fatty acid utilization

Polyunsaturated and monounsaturated such as flax oil, seasame oil(nice plug for the new product!LOL!), olive oil, peanut butter, almond butter, etc.
