Hi everyone, i was just wondering if anyone has any ideas or supplements to take to gain some weight. Im around 5"11 at 135 lbs right now. I have taken mamoth 2500 weight gainer and a couple others and it does nothing. I started at the gym last year and i went for 7 months and I haven't noticed anything different and i was taking creatine before and after workouts and protein 3 times a day (once after workout). I think i have tried everything and nothing works. All of this info on how to do work out and take supplements have been told by trainers and other body builders. I know everyone tells me to eat and I do eat like a pig and I still can't gain anything. Someone told me to use mega mass elite weight gainer, has anyone evr heard of this and does it actually work. I haven't also not been working out since the summer and im going to try to go back in 2 weeks again and I really don't feel like going back and not seeing any improvments. Help would be greatly appreciated, thanx everyone
