I’m going to be using steroids for the first time. I want to focus on nutrition on this one.
My current diet looks like a normal diet nothing special. Brown rice, chicken, and brocolli pretty much everyday. Might throw in some turkey or steak and also some spinach as well.
Can you give me some good muscle building ideas while on steroids to help me?
