A mass scycle seems pretty straight forward. But I keep seeing cutting cycle term used but it seems I keep seeing differant definitions of what one is.
So on a cutting cycle I'm assuming you are doing gear and keeping calories low or at least lower than a bulking cycle and doing more cardio?
