I like to go to the track and run straights walk or jog curve. Sometimes I shoot up the hill like running stadiums steps. My biggest problem is I have two kids in baseball and t-ball and work 10 hr shifts. So to get enough sleep as I can,. I get up at 4:40 am and head to work at 5 after 5am. If they have games or practices I have to shoot straight from work and usually not home til 7-8:45 So I have to shower and head to bed to rest. Long story I short on non game days I lift for 45-1hr, so it's very hard for me to do cardio and lifting. If you could see my. it's crazy as hell cause I have natural huge but cutt calves, my shoulders are getting more def and arms especailly triceps. However my chest lower area and obliques seem to barley lose weight. I eat no fried foods, hardly any diary except non fat milk couple times a week. Drink water all week long. Eat lean cut beef, chicken and fish. Most of the time I eat 3 solid meals a day. For year I had low t .levels and didn't know it til I got tested. So I've only recentally recieved benefical trt. I'm now on the testopel pellets and seems to help me feel much more alive.
