I need some ideas from the above or other ways you cook chicken. I am getting sick of eating it all the time as it gets old fast. I’m sure you guys have some recipes for me that any idiot can follow.

I like grill easiest and easiest to clean, i use my bbq to grill all my meat

marinade your chicken in coconut oil, paprika, salt, black pepper and lemon/lime. all good low fodmap ingredients. leave in fridge for 3 hours. you will never need a sauce again

I stick to BBQ and baking. Both really easy. For me it is more about the variety of seasoning and changing taste that way instead of looking at different cooking methods.
