I don't really like Broccoli but I'm going to eat it anyway. How do you guys cook your brocolli so it has some taste?

Cheese makes anything taste better. If you're cutting, disregard that.
Another option is to stir fry it in olive oil. This works well for frozen broc. Throw it in the HOT pan with some olive oil or whatever lube you're using and cover with lid. Stir it every once and a while so it doesn't burn. Cooks fast.
yummm, this sounds so goodsteig said:try stir frying it with red peppers, zuccini, a little olive oil (or grapeseed oil), then toss in some fresh pepper, basil, and oregeno.

Steaming is the only way to go. I just soak mine in hot water for a few minutes and eat it. Hated it at first but after a while you aquire the taste. The trick is not to have broc everyday. I have mine twice a week.

Does putting it in the microwave take away most of the nutrients ?
That's how I do it.Zebo said:Steam it and spray with I Can't Believe Its Butter.

I get a plastic bowl, put the broccoli in & pour a little broth over it then microwave it. I use a pair of kitchen shears to cut it up into little pieces & will mix with peppers, mushrooms, etc & use in a variety of dishes....
Spices are your friend!! Mrs. Dash makes a good variety of flavors.
