I've been training in the mornings @ 5:30am (get up at 5) for an hour and then come home and get ready for work. It feels awesome and everything is good, but the one problem I am having is overcoming this OVERWHELMING feeling of sleepiness that comes over me from 9am - 11:30 am. Like I can basically close my eyes and goto sleep if I wanted to.
I goto bed @ around 9:30pm but I am trying to get my body use to about 6.5 - 7 hours of sleep so was trying the 10pm sleep but its even harder. I know some might say i need 8 hours, but to me thats too much, with work and all.
Is there anyway I can get over this annoying feeling of tiredness, or is it just a matter of conditioning my body, and if it is, how long does THAT take???? Any supplements that might help??
This is really effecting my work and I need to stop it somehow...I dont want to be using coffee, as I feel like I am getting my rest and its only for that temp moment.
