how the hell do i get the pic under my name

i'm over 500 posts so i can do it now right? then i go to profile\ then where? avatar? i did that and it gives me an error that i have to revert some fricking modify options.

please help, anyone.

and one more thing.. let's say a mod moved this from anabolic forum (which is where it originally was) to this one. why the hell couldn't he/she just tell me how to fucking change it? is it laziness?

george, if you want someone to work as a mod who won't be so insensitive to the users' needs, drop me a line. i'd love too. i may not be on the top of my anabolic knowledge, but i do have my mcse, mcdba, work at a helpdesk, and will fucking help users out, which what the damn mods are supposed to do, right??

It's very simple, you seem to be getting so far and getting an 'Error' is that right. Most likely the pic your trying to put up is too big. In which case you'll have to reduce to to 100x100 pixels. If you don't know how to do that try looking for irfanview in altavista, it's a shareware file. It's the easiest picture editing software I've ever used.

nope.. don't even get that far. i hit change avatar from the edit options screen and get the error

"ADMINISTRATOR: You MUST revert your modifyoptions template."

any idea?

there was a post a little while ago that said what to do
basically you have to email an admin (i think it was an admin) with your username, password, and they delete and recreate your account ... i think Happy did it?

If you're getting the Modify options template error after you click the change avatar then your in the same boat as a bunch of us. follow what george posted the other day which was:

Recently, a few members have had trouble changing their avatar. If you are
one of those members, please email [email protected] with your exact
username and password. Be sure to save your signature first. We will send
you an email once we have repaired your account.

If your signature is in vB, then from what I gather you shouldn't have to worry about saving except if you did it in HTML.
