HOW THE HELL CAN I BE BIG?????????(the truth)

i cany belive any thing i do or i take ill always gonna be look the same

every time im on steroid i grow okkk big deal

but i want to grow more
every time i grow to the same sizes even if i eat ton food and good food
and sleep alot(all day) and train very very hard but it still the same sizes like every cycle i make
i triyed many kind of gears all make me grow the same few with more water few with less few fast few slow
but all make me the same size

and after i make my best size the gear finish and i need to take pct and then iloose many of my gain and then all again
nnnnnnoooo mooore

what to do to growww more any help about it
maybe i shouldt make rest from the gear mybe i need to take them all year loll

perhaps your training isnt the best?

Longer cycles definitely help the mass process.
 
Yes longer cycles back to back will help some(with breaks)...Maybe you should think about were your geting your gear from? People think just because you send money and get something back its real..This isnt true theres more bullshit being sold then the real deal!
Just because you bloat ect doesnt mean your gear is real..or event the right amount of dose in it...Once your body reaches your bodys max for muscle it gets harder to gain. Want to really get bigger HEAVY as hell low reps lots of rest and eat...People over train not knowing and get nothing.I did it for years now i workout less everythings max out and train a hour 4 days a week and i got mass now....GL

good point ozz i like to train hard but also low reps. i pyrimad heavy weight everytime i work out.

Dude use some punctuations I can barely understand you.

As for your question I'm sure with proper PCT you can keep some of the gains you made. So after every cycle your weight will go up. As long as you take time off the AAS equivelant to the time you had on then you can expect to make gains also on your next cycle and so on.
 
IMO people should learn how to run IGF-1/HGH/Slin/T3 Etc... before they consider never coming off again.

yeah i agree with you completely, but it sound like he is still going through trail and error. i went through the same shit when you want to make and keep gains it takes a lot of focus in and out of the gym.that's no missed meals no missed workouts that doesn't mean stay on gear.
 
Without knowing a damn thing about you, in order - your genetics suck, you dont eat enough, you do arnie-style workouts 6 days a week

But if you had the genes to be 'big', really fucking big as in people come up to you several times a day and poke you, ask you about lifting or tell you 'damn you're huge' you would be big already. Welcome to the minor leagues, now try to have some realistic expectations about what AAS can do for you.
 
I noticed I really didnt start growing till I learned te training methods that worked best for me
I overtrained SOOOOOO hard for years. I still train days a week..but back then it was superset after drop set after heavy negative after running the rack. I annhialated my muscles to the point no matter how much food, rest or gear I was on they couldnt have the opportunity to grow.

my advice, reasses your training
 
yeah i agree with wulfgar slow down i was a hardgainer until figured out what it took for me.which was no cardio and training under a hour a day and plenty fuckin meals. there is no special combo of drugs its just hard work
 
You can never know enough about food. What to eat, when and how much. Training is the same. Everyone resonds differently. Recovery is also a large factor.
The biggest factor of all... TIME. Be patient.

yeah....with the work ethic i have, if i had those genetics i would be way bigger. not easy to gain when u can eat mcdonalds 6 times a day and barley gain..lol(kidding u get the idea)
