Lol @ the "have tech free dinners with the fam, but allow your kids a break to check their phones every 15 mins".

If your kid can't go 45 minutes without checking their phone, you've already failed as a parent IMO. So that advice is pretty useless.

This is why I have not allowed my son to have a facebook page, he's 13. He's already addicted to video games. I don't want him addicted to anything else.
