When to take it ?
How much to take ?

First wk. of taking test and nor. at 200mg (each)a week for now, but can change. Would like to bulk and cut if possible. If not just the first. Appreciate your help. Be general if need be

I would focus on one or the other, bulk or cut. You could try this
Test at 600mg/Week for weeks 1-10
Nor 200 at 400mg/week for weeks 1-10
Ref B at 2cc/Day for weeks 1-5
Clomid post cycle. Make sure you have Nolvadex on hand as well. Best of luck!
