i'm going to be 22 in a few months. Thinking about finally getting on something...... i've been waiting years until I'm at a "good" age. 22 okay?

I started at 34, and I'm personally very glad I waited beforehand.

But if you're just itching to cycle, make sure everything else is in place beforehand. This includes:

1) Diet
2) Training
3) Sleep
4) Routine

Especially at your age, the clock is ticking when you cycle. Get the absolute most out of it and think short cycle. You're way too young to be doing those marathon cycles and convincing yourself you'll just cycle "for life".

Great answer.

Make sure you've reached your genetic potential. Make sure you've exhausted your options of getting over severals plateaus in building quality muscle by shocking the body into new episodes of growth. Make sure your diet is in check, your training is intense and you have read enouhg about aas to understand the sides, the components of a cycle and especially how to properly administer PCT.

Only you can know if you are ready . That being said, if you feel it is "time," research the shit out of everything and ask lots of questions on this board. If you don't know something...ASK! We're all glad to help, and want to make everything smooth, safe, and EFFECTIVE for you (and everyone).

I think I'm going to hold out until march or so and try to do a short cycle with little sides. Especially worried about hair loss as I have great hair hah

What are your current stats, diet and training routines. Then what are your short-term goals i.e. next 12 months and why do you feel these can not be reached naturally?

When you have answered that then ask the questions of what AAS will get you to your goals and what possible sides you may encounter. How will you change your diet, training and rest to ensure the AAS have maximum effect to reach the next stage

When you can answer all the above confidently you are just about ready as you will have researched and have clear vision. You are then ready

It really wouldn't hurt to wait even longer. You're at a great age where your body is cranking-out its own testosterone like crazy. When you are 16-19, you can look great with minimal training and diet discipline. But you're 22 -- and that's a key transition where you have to start cleaning things up. Ever notice how a lot of guys just fall apart in their mid to late 20's? That's when they can't simply rely on their youth and energy anymore. If you used your 20's to make sure your diet, training and sleep is clean then juice in your 30's would be a great addition.

Looking far ahead, just wait till you are 40! At that point, you've got to have great discipline *and* juice just to get that look you loved so much when you were 27. :)

Yes, we're all here to help, but I've seen too many noobs "know" that they are ready and they are only 18. Sometimes, even if you "know" you're ready, you're not.
