I am 42 and today I benched 250 10 times not sure of my 1 max rep never tried. My squat is 315 x 10. I am just curious on where I rank with the big boys on here with both age and weight pressed.
My supps are creatine and 3 protein shakes a day.
Body weight is 218

bench is 355 for 2 it sucks I know.
squat is 585 for 3
dead is 600 for 2

Max bench was 425 and deads 550 but I was 210lbs
Last yr on my 60th birthday i benched 325 for 6
Squatted 502 For a PB ,weighing in at 198
I'm 38
180 lbs
Bench is pretty strong at around 365 Max
Squat sucks at around 345 Max
I'm still pretty happy with my power to body weight ratio![]()

Bench 275x3
Squat 405x3
Dead 425 x3
I can't hit any of those at the moment but I did them at 190 ish I'm 6'
Working on getting those numbers back natty at the moment 2013 gonna be a good year.
