how often? Not enough. I have to get my time up faster. I'm too slow, I can only run 1.5 miles in 12:00, and I'm dying afterwards. (that's like my bare minimum standards). A lot of it is learning plays, executing drills, etc. Teams that practice twice a day usually do it for less than a month at the beginning of the season and the sessions are shorter than 3hrs.
I'm not saying you're a liar just that you really exagerrated in your previous post.
Running for 3hrs twice a day would be impossible to sustain for a few days, much less 2 months.
