How often to train on Sust/Dbol cycle?

I’m currently thinking about a Sust/Dbol cycle (500mg/20mg a day), and I want to get an idea of how often I will be able to train. (Not sure if this should be in training board or not) I currently train 3 days a week, doing 2 muscle groups a day, and I’m usually sore for a good 1-2 days. On this cycle ‘m sure my recovery time will improve, and I want to know how often I should expect to be able to train each muscle group a week. I am eating as much and as clean as I can, tons of protein. Karma for any input on your experiences with cycle training.

I back oubeta's statement of one muscle a day, unless it is smaller muscle groups which can be trained together. Such as bis/tris.

You could do something like this:
Mon:Chest
Tues:Back
Wed:Legs
Thurs:Shoulders
Fri:Bis/Tris
Sat:Rest
Sun: Rest

really cause i heard that some people bump up to twice a week cause of faster recovery time. Dont want to overtrain but just want to get everthing out of a cycle i can.

I train Mon- Fri every day. My splits are usually like this. Keep in mind that I train atleast twice a day morning and evening. This way I always feel fresh on every workout.

Day1 chest, back,& bis
Day2 shoulders, tris
Day3 cardio, calves, and abs/I will usually do an entire forearm workout after compleating the cardio, calves, and abs
Day 4 is devoted to doing nothing but seeing how much pain can be inflicted upon me. Day 4 is leg day and nothing but legs for what seems like 3 hrs. I'm going to show my trainer though. Hopefully if my teste come back ok I'm going to start a cycle of halo and blow his ass away.
My entire workout will have you in the gym from anywhere from 1 1/2 hr to well over 2 hrs if you train each exercise to total failure. I first puked after this workout. Thankfully I puked in front of the manager who is also my personal trainer and he had someone else clean it up.

wow, pretty intence. Never thrown up for lifting before, almost from when I used to run Cross Country for HS.

Another way that I have been training is

Day 1: Chest/Back (Heavy)
Day 2: Shoulders/Bis/Tris (Light)
Day 3:Legs (Heavy)
Day 4:Rest
Day 5: Chest/Back (light)
Day 6: Shoulders Bis/Tris(Heavy)
Day 7: Legs (Light)
Day 8: Rest

For the heavy/light thing.... for example Day 1: Chest/Back I would use db movements with cable movements for the chest, and freeweight movements for the back. then when it came time for the light chest day on day 5 I would do barbell movements with cable movements and machine movements for the back. The the following week I would switch it up with heavy being barbell and light being db.

but thats just me....
