how often do you measure your....?

how often do you take measurements on body parts. right now, i mostly measure my calves and arms (usually at least every 2 or 3 days, just for the hell of it). i wish my arms were bigger for my proportion. they are in proportion strength wise but not size wise. anyone else out there ever fix that problem?
 
I get my girl to do measurements on me every 6 to 8 weeks. I put it all into an Excel spreadsheet with my weight and bodyfat percentage. I get one of the hot female trainers at my gym to do a 3 point pinch test for the bodyfat.
 
How do you measure your arm's?. Through the peak of your bi straight around or do you meaure through the peak of the bi and the dip of your tri?

the way i do it is with upper arm parallel to the ground, go over the peak of the bi so that the tape is perpendicular to the ground. so it is before the dip in the tris for me. also, if i were to go through the dip on the tris and keep the tape perpendicular to the ground so it goes over the arm after the peak in my bis the measurement is pretty much the same.

I have it done quarterly, by the powerhouse gym I go to, costs about 10-15 bucks a pop by one of those hotty PTs. They measure everything including bodyfat via a tanita scale. I write all this shit down in an excel spreadsheet to gage whether I'm hitting my goals or not (bulking or cutting)......
