How often do you guys take nizoral?

The bottle says once every 3-4 days, should I take it every day since i'm on a cycle. I'm really battling this hailoss right now. I'm on propecia and taking topical spiro for the damage from the winny and my shit is still coming out. It has only been 5 days on the spiro but I thought it would work sonner.

i used to take it EOD.........but the bros peer pressured me into ED treatment.....and it works great! i suggest Every Day....but Every Other Day would work too.
