how often do you bleach your teeth?

i bleached mine for the second time this week.

before some of you jump down my throat and tell me that's bad, let me cut right to it.

the ones i am using are disposable 30% trays they sell only at dental offices. you are instructed to do three applications pretty close to one another.

so, i finished doing my second application, and i brushed with prescription strength fluoride toothpaste, because these trays actually open up microscopic pores in your teeth. so, while they are open, it is best to use a high dose of fluoride. hence the rx toothpaste.

and holy shit do these trays work! fuck those bullshit whitestrips that cost $30 and dont do shit.

this is why it pays to have a girlfriend in the dental field....i get hooked up for free.

my wife goes to those too but all she comes back with are stup things with dental business names on them like a back scratcher or some stupid squishy thing... never anything cool like what you got.

my wife is a dental assistant by trade but now works in a dental lab and actually makes the fake teeth. i got my crown for dirth cheap because the lab hooked me up.

I had tried that years ago and it made my teeth to sensitive so now I just use the whiten mouth wash and whiten toothpaste. My teethes are white!!

for those people who get sensitive teeth, they do make a desensitizing tray/gel you use right after - it will take care of that.

this didnt make mine that sensitive at all.

I got a big pack of white strips. I do about 3 nights in row before a big event. I don't do it to often cause it makes me teeth crazy senstive.
