I don't know if this belongs on the workout forum or the AAS forum, but either way, I have always gotten great advice here so hopefully you can help me out...

35 yrs old
212 lbs
Sust/ Eq Currently
Squat 405

How often can I work the same muscle group while running sust/ eq? I normally do a 4 day split with a rest day between each workout while off, just curious if I can decrease the amount of recoup time while on. I feel so good on this shit, I wanna go back and hit it again just 2 days later!!!???

72 hrs is just about right

I'd change your split add a day and work them with arms then in directly with back.

Very easy to over train them there small especially if your going to failure and hitting them to often

Brad.

Hello, new to this forum.
Can anyone tell me how to start a new topic pls?

Uh, new to the world wide web too? haha! No sweat... depress the "Start New Thread" button on the top left side of the home page of the forum you want to go in.

thats just wrong imo, the protein syntethis are working around 20hours after a workout? 1-2hour really high after the workout there for fast acting protein are great !

i know that alot of you guys really like em 4-5splits, but imo its just intensiv enough. Some guys do fullbody programs and really grow bigger arms then those that hit em 1time per week with a blast 6biceps exercises with 1000sets and 10.000reps

thatsll just kick the hell out of the biceps and overtraining will occour, maybe some of ya do forceds ect. thatll teleport em back to the stoneage

i do a 2split
Chest - shoulder - triceps
Legs - back - biceps
off
repeat
repeat
off
off
-||-

2exercises per muscle. 3sets of 8-10
when i went on i just added 1set to all exercises

your recovery time speeds up due to the protein syntehis being activated all the time 24/7

Are your arms a weak point, or do you just like to train them? I know this will come off as bro-logic, but to see any substantial size increase you need to gain 10-15 pounds of overall mass.

Quads/calves
Chest/bis
off
Shoulders/tris
off
back/hams/calves
bis/tris
off
repeat

This is my current split minus the extra arm day. If you insist on hitting them twice a week I'd split them up like this. On the chest/bis and shoulders/tris day I would only do 6-7 sets tops. Then maybe smash them with 9 or so sets each on the arms day.

lol thats just insane, if you wont a 4-5split program to make wonders you really need to focuz on volume becouse you aint going to hit the muscle direktly again in a while. So if doing a Chest - Back workout for example, running 4sets of 10 and 4exercises to each muscle you WILL indirecly train your triceps and biceps to the point of exaust

Thats one of the reasons you never do a Back workout day following biceps day, due to the lack of biceps being drained and trained from the back day mening you will not be able to use the amount of weight that will make them grow as if they where fully recovered and readdy

and for the name of god your hitting triceps 3times and biceps, two small muscle groups? wtf
i would understand if it was chest or back, but whats up hitting the smallest muscles that much..

Back - chest
Legs - abs
Briceps - triceps
works wonders for me, remember recoverying might be the most important thing to grow

If you want gains After doing proper form on your bi routine ,slow it down and feel the burn on those last few reps, and when the time comes for Bi training switch and do drag curls this will definetely put a pump in them.

I work arms and have continued making gains on a 1 x per wk routine.
