How ofted should I deadlift?

I was reading on a website it says you shouldnt deadlift more than once per week to give your back, leg muscles adequate time to heal. Kinda seems too long a break between lifts. What do you guys suggest? Also whats a good amount of sets, reps to do?
 
fuck i wish i could deadlift. I've got something wrong with my lower back, need to get it looked at soon.
 
neither of those questions could really be answered. it depends on your recovery and what you respond to. i usually dl once pew weak. i rotate my rep ranges. a typical set up would be 4 sets of 6
